The Advisory Board's mission is to assist faculty in developing the new standard in music education. Guide the artistic direction of the New Music School to best shape the complete musician.
In addition, the Advisory Board provides faculty selection, sets curriculum goals, and conducts master classes for students.
Chicago Symphony Orchestra
Made up of renowned musicians, educators, and conductors, the Advisory Board serves as the backbone to New Music School, from which our faculty and all musical direction stem. The Advisory Board members come from internationally known Orchestras, Universities, and Ensembles, including the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, De Paul University, Eastman School of Music, Grant Park Symphony, Northwestern University, and Roosevelt University.
